After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S9/ Galaxy S9+, it is just normal that we expect the company to follow through with a Galaxy S9 Active like they did last year. Today, some images and leaks have shown up to suggest that the phone is well into its development stage.
The leaked image alleges that the Galaxy S9 Active will be equipped with a 5.8-inch QHD+ screen packing a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels. This is the kind of resolution that points to an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Besides that, the unit will be run on 4GB RAM and an internal 64GB to boot.
Using the latest Qualcomm SD 845 chipset, the back will be home to a single 12MP sensor while the front will be equipped with another 8MP snapper.
Capping it all off, we are to expect 4000mAh battery to keep the lights active.
Of course, none of these is official information yet so you might want to take things with a pinch of salt. As soon as we know more, or some official confirmation follows, we will be the first to let you know.
