Black Shark is a gaming phone brand that was launched in 2017. Xiaomi invested heavily in the Black Shark technology, and the first Black Shark gaming smartphone was launched last year.
Right now, anticipation is on for the Black Shark 2 Pro which is set to launch on July 30. This device has been spotted on AnTuTu with the recently announced Snapdragon 855+ SoC. Now, the company has officially confirmed that the Black Shark Pro 2 will indeed be launched with the Snapdragon 855+, just like the Asus ROG Phone 2.
In the official teaser of the Black Shark 2 Pro, we get a glimpse of the front of the device. It looks very much like that of the Black Shark 2 itself.
As it stands, we are still waiting for official announcements of the specifications of the Black Shark 2 Pro. However, if what we have on AnTuTu is anything to go by, then the device will run Android Pie. Also, it will come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device will also come with a Full HD+ display.
The Black Shark 2 Pro is expected to launch next week Tuesday. By then, we will definitely know more about its specifications and pricing.
