Whether we are going to actually see a phone by the name Infinix Zero 4 Edge remains unknown.

For sometime now the news about an upcoming Infinix phone by the name Infinix Zero 4 Edge has been in circulation.

This was as a result of a post made by Infinix Mobile on their official Infinix Pakistan Facebook page and also the post made by one of their co-founders by name Benjamin Jiang on his personal Facebook page about the device.

Fans reacted positively to this news, but looking closely at those pictures, you would see that both posts where made on April 1st, which raises the question: is this news real or is it an April fool prank?

Out of curiosity, a fan contacted Infinix Mobile via chat to confirm this news, guess what the reply was? Check the screenshot below.

From the screenshot, you will see that Infinix actually confirmed that to a prank.

What a shame!

Infinix is yet to make any public statement about the reality of Infinix Zero 4 Edge, but if this is actually a prank, then in my humble opinion, I think they went too far.

Let's hope it is not because I'm among those eager to lay their hands on the phone. 🙂
