Gionee M6S Plus Full Specs, Review and Price

The name; Gionee M6S Plus suggests another premium successor to Gionee M6, and Gionee M6 Plus, that is equipped with upgraded feature and configurations like bigger RAM, battery, and mammoth file storage space. Gionee simply can’t wait anymore and wants to unveil the M6S Plus this month as the Chinese company has started sending invites for the unveiling that will take place on April 24, so next Monday.

What you should know about the upcoming Gionee M6S Plus:

Gionee M6S Plus sports a big 6-inch full high definition display screen, with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels, covered by a 2.5D curved gorilla glass. The display has a PPI of 367 which will provide good viewing angles for the device. M6S Plus smartphone runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat under AMIGO User Interface from the manufacturer.

Gionee M6S Plus ticks on the latest power-efficient chipset which is able to handle several tasks and has CPU processor of 2GHz. The RAM is much expanded to let you launch multiple applications without a hitch – we are talking about 6GB RAM and a large digital file storage of 64GB, with more room to expand to upto 128GB via SSD card.

The main camera on the Gionee M6S Plus is a 12 MP shooter with Auto Focus, Face Detection, HDR, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Video Recording. The smartphone also has a Front Facing Camera capable of shooting 8 MP selfies.

While the smartphone supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, it is well equipped with a bigger 6020mAh battery. Its a Dual SIM Smartphone with front mounted fingerprint scanner that is embedded in the multi-functional home button.

The “M” series from Gionee, previously also known as “Marathon”, has always been about cramming huge batteries into mid-range smartphones, and we have no reason to think this will change with the next installment in the line. The M6 Plus that the new M6S Plus will replace will be available in 64 GB storage variants. Gionee M6S Plus will also be available in Black and Gold colours globally.
