Huawei sales slump globally amidst US crises while Samsung and Xiaomi benefits

Huawei has been trying to keep a strong front in light of the current events in the US, but they have recorded yet another major blow. As if getting kicked off the Android OS platform is not enough, they have now started losing sales in many countries of the world.

Note that this was a brand that fought so hard to kill the dominance of Apple and Samsung in the smartphone world – and actually succeeded.

According to a market analysis, the Asian OEM got clicked 26% less than they used to in markets like UK, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, etc. This can be understood in the sense that no one would want to buy a phone that might not get support from Android in a matter of days, which could look to be a waste of investment in the end.

To put things in context Huawei is now having a really hard time selling the amazing new units it has put out in the market for this year.

On the other side of things, Samsung and Xiaomi are enjoying better sales from this Huawei condition. Afterall, the customers have to go somewhere else.

Even though it looks so much like Huawei won’t be banned from Android for too long, this current saga might have a lasting impression on them.
