Infinix Note 4 vs Infinix Hot 4 Pro – Full Comparison

The Infinix Note 4 was introduced as an entry level smart phone with a little peek at premium, the device got a good deal of attention, thanks to its brilliant design and approachable price tag.

Infinix Note 4 was recently made available in India through Flipkart, an Asian popular e-commerce store. Making its way into India, the Note 4 was accompanied by the Hot 4 Pro and not the Note 4 Pro that was unveiled with a stylus pen in Nigeria.

Infinix Hot 4 Pro is likewise a great device with moderate price tag, it has a similar spec sheet as the Note 4 but very different in terms body design.

Infinix Hot 4 Pro has a 5.5 inches screen with a resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels. The Note 4 sports a FHD 2.5D screen that measures 5.7 inches and has a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels, the Note 4 certainly has the upper hand when you compare screen and display quality.

As for body design, determining the best here can be based on your own choice of design. In that case, I personally prefer the design in the Note 4 device; the curved edges, glossy body concept and the front mounted fingerprint sensor.

But that doesn’t mean the design in Hot 4 Pro is not good, it is also impressive, it has a patterned plastic unibody with its fingerprint sensor sitting at the back below the camera region. The Note 4 is also covered with plastic material.

For camera and photography purposes, Infinix Hot 4 Pro is again the underdog but only in the front camera region as they both use the same 13 megapixels back camera with dual LED flash. Infinix Note 4 hosts an 8 megapixels front camera with a soft flash while the Hot 4 Pro is equipped with a 5 megapixels front camera also with a soft LED flash.

XOS is pre-installed on both phones but the difference here is that the Note 4 is customized based on Android 7.0 Nougat OS while its counterpart runs based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Moreover, the Hot 4 Pro can be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat.
