For those of you that do not know, the Infinix Hot 2 is still selling, and it is doing so rapidly at the rate of fire grazing through dry leaves. Upon the launch of its flagship Android One smartphone, I don’t think even the management of Infinix would have thought about their sales being this encouraging in the opening weeks. Recently reported that the brand has sold over 150,000 units of the smartphone in Nigeria only over 2 months, it leaves little to wonder on how much they are set to take over smartphones.
Infinix has then teased its users with another update to the system while the users lie in wait for their Android 6.0 Marshmallow update which is surely coming to them, given that its an Android One smartphone.
This update, which stands at 16.7MB in size, has brought along with it some fixes for events such as stability, security and some other discovered bugs. Infinix is able to keep up with the needs of its customers due to an online forum it runs where it collates complaints and works on them.
Although yet to announce when the device would receive its own Marshmallow update, it is known to be in the works already and may be the first of all infinix phones to get the update.
