Lenovo has probably introduced its new Vibe C2 smartphone in Russia. The new handset from Lenovo has been listed on the company’s Russian site without any pricing or availability details at the moment, We can however expect the handset to go on sale soon.
The Lenovo Vibe C2 features a 5-inch HD (720 by 1280 pixels) IPS of display estate, this goes further in letting us know that the Lenovo Vibe C2 is an entry level smartphone. The screen’s PPI (Pixels Per-square Inch) is set at 294 of pixel density.
The Vibe C2 is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core cortex-A53 processor and a MediaTek MT6735P chipset that is paired with 1GB of RAM, It packs 8GB of inbuilt storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32 GB). The Vibe C2 also comes in a 16 GB inbuilt storage model with the same 1GB RAM.
The Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Vibe C2 runs Vibe UI on top. It supports dual Micro-SIM cards and comes with Waves Maxx Audio technology for audio enhancements and a dedicated mic for active noise cancellation.
Lenovo Vibe C2 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. It measures 143 x 71.4 x 8.5mm and weighs 139 grams and will come in two distinct colors; Black and white.
Backed by a 2750mAh battery, the Lenovo C2 smartphone supports 4G, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G network options, It also has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
Sensors available in this device are; Proximity sensor, Light, Accelerometer as there is no fingerprint sensor in the Lenovo Smart phone.
Price of the Lenovo Vibe C2 is yet to be disclosed but we expect to get an update on that as soon as possible and also, the price is not expected to be hefty given that it is only a midranger.
