Oppo has been teasing the Reno 3 Pro 5G smartphone for some time. The phone is expected to launch before the end of this year. Already, the brand has confirmed the design of the device. It has also disclosed some of the specs of the phone.
We have now seen the full specifications of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G. These specifications were leaked via a post by Digital chat station on Weibo. Apparently, Oppo does not want to wait until next year to launch a dual-mode 5G phone.
From the listing, we see that the Oppo Reno 3 5G will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. This is the same chip obtained in the Redmi K30 5G which is set to launch on Monday. Android 10 is also in house for the Reno 3 Pro 5G.
The device will have an 8GB RAM combining with 128GB ROM.
The Reno 3 5G will sport a 6.5-inch curved OLED display. We saw this in the teaser that the brand’s Vice President, Brian Shen, posted. This display will enjoy a 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus popularized this refresh rate earlier this year.
According to TENAA listing, the Oppo Reno 3 5G will come with a dual-camera setup. This will include a 48MP primary shooter, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera, an 8MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP sensor. The 2MP sensor could be either a depth sensor or a macro lens.
The Reno 3 5G will enjoy 3935mAh of battery juice. It will come with 30W fast charging support, probably with the company’s new VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology.
The phone will launch before the end of 2019, but we do not have a specific launch date yet.
