Moto Z2 Force is the third smartphone by Motorola that is getting a massive Android OS update this week, setting Motorola on a roll it hasn’t been in a while. Unlike the last two updates though, this one has not been made available for the US yet.
A lot is still unknown about the update but it is assured that it contains the May security patch on top of the Android 9 Pie bump. But it is safe to state that the Moto Z2 Force would have the same new features and improvements as the Moto Z3 Play. The Moto Z3 Play which was expected to receive the update as of February this year, did not hit the United states until recently, meanwhile it made its debut in Canada as early as April.
Also, while Moto Z2 Force users from countries like Brazil and India are in basking the Android 9.0 Pie limelight, Motorola has put the U.S. in the dark about when exactly the update would be available all over the United States.
Taking a hint from history, users of the Moto Z2 should be able to access the update (Android 9.0 Pie) on their device by the end of the month.
