As we are getting ready to see the unveiling of another Android powered smartphone -Nokia 2- from HMD Global after the Nokia 8, rumors have been flying around as regards to its specifications and features.
We earlier learnt that the device will be coming with a handsome 4000 mAh battery in store. This time around, its a full press render that showcases the upcoming device in its full glory, courtesy of @evleaks – the popular leakster.
The Nokia 2 is a low-end device and will probably be the cheapest we’ve seen so far from the Finish Startup. From the leaked press renders, Android navigation buttons were also seen on the device for the first time in the HMD’s lineup.
The Nokia 2 is speculated to feature a 4.7 to 5.0 inches screen that will be in HD resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels, there is no fingerprint scanner on the smartphone as you can see from the renders.
The device is expected to carry a Snapdragon 212 or 210 chipset on board, 8GB internal storage is supposed with a 1GB RAM. For photography, 8 megapixels will reside at the back while the front sees a 5 megapixels shutter.
Nokia 2 is certified to support 4G LTE with dual SIM capacity, the phone will run on Android 7.1 Nougat with high hopes on future system upgrade to Android Oreo (hopefully).
Nothing is known yet as regards to the price but from the subaltern specs, the device is will definitely carry a modest price tag. Official unveiling date for the Nokia 2 is not certain as well but we will keep you informed as soon we gather up more information.
