Samsung Galaxy A series may be the trending mid-range line from Samsung at the moment. However, the M series is still active too. There have been leaks about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M31. One of such leaks suggested that the device would come with the same rear camera setup seen in the Galaxy M30s. However, we now have reason to believe otherwise.
A new leak has shown a panel from a camera bump that allegedly belongs to the Samsung Galaxy M31. In the image, we see an extra hole. This likely indicates the addition of one more camera.
The extra camera in the Samsung Galaxy M31 smartphone may very well be a macro camera. The Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 also got additional cameras – macro modules. So, it may just be the same in the case of the Galaxy M31.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 is expected to also use a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, as well as a depth sensor. There have been claims that the device will use the Snapdragon 665 chipset. However, it may also use the Exynos 9611 chipset.
Even while we wait for the Galaxy M31, rumor has it that Samsung is also working on an M11, and M21, and an M41.
