Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 gets certified by Wi-Fi Alliance

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is not official yet, but it is making moves to be.

Today, the device went on to get its Wi-Fi certification from Wi-Fi Alliance. As we all know, this is one regulatory body where we don’t get to see a lot of device specs from, but they did confirm the model number and OS as SM-T835 and Android Oreo respectively.

Other reports we are getting suggests that the firmware updates for the Wi-Fi and LTE models of this tablet have already begun. Until we have some cogent information to lay hold of though, we advise that you take this one with a pinch of salt.

Going to the rumours so far, we have the possibility of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835chipset married to an internal configuration of 4GB/ 64GB. On top of that, there is also the possibility of a 12MP/ 8MP camera combo to lay to rest the assumption that tablets have poor cameras. Finally, a 16:10 aspect ratio is supposed to go on the 10.2-inch screen.
