Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 to launch in the third quarter of 2019 as company skips the expected Galaxy Tab S5

While we are waiting for the announcement of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ at an event on 7th August, it appears that those are not the only products that the company will announce at the event.

As seen from a purportedly leaked Samsung release timeline, the company will release the Galaxy Tab S6 within the third quarter of 2019. The announcement event for the Galaxy Note 10 series will be in early August, and that would likely be a good time to announce the new tablet too.

The Galaxy Tab S6 will come as the successor to the Galaxy Tab S4 which was released in early August 2019. The company is reportedly skipping the “Galaxy S5” name as tweeted by popular leakster Evan Blass. Set to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 SoC, this device is shaping up to be the highest-end Android tablet ever created.

Asides from the Galaxy Tab S6, we also expect the Galaxy Watch 2 to be launched at this event. This is also probably shaping up to be Samsung’s most feature-packed wearable ever.
