Samsung is Allegedly Working on Galaxy S10 Lite and the Specs are Good

Samsung Galaxy S10 lite

According to a reliable source, Samsung is currently readying a Lite version of there flagship device – Samsung Galaxy S10. The new upcoming device will be called Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and will have a lower price tag than the main variant.

This could be a good move to add more competition in the already competitive mid-range category of smartphones as the device is expected to compete against the likes of Infinix Note 6, Zero 6, Tecno Camon 12 Air and many others.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Rumored Specs

The Galaxy S10 Lite is rumored to come with 45W fast charging and Snapdargon 855 chipset, similarly to the Galaxy A91. On the inside, it will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage, this doesn’t like the specs of a mid-range smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will host a whooping 48MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide lens and 5MP depth sensor which is a total of three rear cameras.

The front-facing shutter will allegedly have a 32MP camera. Interestingly enough, the upcoming Galaxy S10 Lite definitely has it going good in the camera department. In the power house is a solid 4,500 mAh battery which is expected to power up the device and it supports 45W fast charging.

According to the source, the Galaxy S10 Lite’s display should be somewhere around 6.7 inches in diagonal with Full HD+ resolution.

With the kind of monster specs we have seen so far, we couldn’t help but wonder why this device is called S10  Lite since it features very much the same hardware or even better than the Galaxy S10, save for the cameras. It doesn’t seem to add up so we’d advise against getting your hopes up before more solid evidence comes up.
