Camon 50 Pro (5G) shares the Ultra’s Dimensity 7400 Ultimate and 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED recipe, with IP68/IP69K sealing, MIL-STD-810H claims, and an under-display optical fingerprint. Moonshadow Black, Cypress Green, Nebula Titanium, and Misty Purple are the listed colors on the 7.8mm body.
Android 16 / HIOS 16 promises three major OS updates. Memory cuts run 8GB or 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. Stereo speakers, Hi-Res audio, NFC, infrared, and FM radio sit on the feature list without the Ultra’s eSIM callout.

For display, Camon 50 Pro 5G sports a sizable 6.78 inches AMOLED display screen, 144Hz maximum screen refresh rate with a resolution of 1208 x 2644 pixels and approximately 429 pixel density.
On the inside is a Mediatek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate (4 nm) chipset with Octa-core (4×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Tecno Camon 50 Pro 5G is running the Android 16 that uses the HIOS 16 skin pre-installed based on the up to 3 major OS updates interface from the get-go.
Tecno Camon 50 Pro 5G was launched in 8GB and 12GB RAM versions, the internal storage options are 256GB or 512GB. You can extend the storage space via a dedicated microSD card slot on the device.
Rear and 50MP front video are listed without the Ultra’s explicit 4K/60 selfie breakdown on the summary sheet, so assume strong social and 1080-class capture unless your unit’s firmware advertises 4K.
The triple stills stack matches the Ultra pitch: 50MP OIS wide, 50MP 3x telephoto with OIS, and 8MP ultrawide, plus LED flash, HDR, and panorama. Zoom portraits are the reason to pick Pro over the dual-camera Camon 50 4G.
A flat 6,500mAh cell with 45W wired charging covers a bright AMOLED day. Not the fastest brick in Tecno’s range, but capacity is generous.
Camon 50 Pro 5G Price in Nigeria
The Camon 50 Pro 5G goes for about 497,660 Naira (376 USD). That sits under the Ultra and above the 4G Pro in this lineup.
Camon 50 Ultra adds clearer 4K video specs, Gorilla Glass 7i both sides, and extra color/eSIM options. Camon 50 Pro 4G keeps the triple camera on Helio G200 Ultimate with 60W charging if 5G is optional. Pova 8 Pro is the gaming-bright alternative on the same chip family.
For other options, consider the Xiaomi Poco F9 Pro 5G, Galaxy S26 FE, and Infinix Note 60 Ultra 5G.
