Tecno Spark 20P Debuts with 256GB Storage and Mid-Range Specs

Following the earlier release of the Tecno Spark 20, Spark 20C, and Spark 20 Pro, Tecno has unveiled the new Spark 20P. The Tecno Spark 20P, however, does not support 5G connectivity, those looking for 5G in the Spark can check out the Tecno Spark 10 5G or wait for the launch of Spark 20 Pro 5G sometime in July 2024.

The Tecno Spark 20P features a 6.6-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 by 1612 pixels, Under the hood, the device runs on the Android 13 OS out of the box.

Powering the Tecno Spark 20P is a MediaTek chipset equipped with an Octa-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A53 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. The phone is fueled by a substantial 5000 mAh battery, promising extended usage without frequent recharges.

On the camera front, the Tecno Spark 20P is equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50MP primary sensor and a 0.08MP auxiliary lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone offers an 8MP front shooter, should be capable of capturing decent photos and videos.

The Tecno Spark 20P is priced around $250, which translates to approximately N368,000 in Nigeria. This price point makes it a competitive option in the mid-range smartphone market, particularly with the likes of Infinix Hot 40i, Infinix Note 40s, and Oppo A3 that offers better specs at roughly the same price tag.

With the launch of the Spark 20P, Tecno continues to strengthen its presence in the smartphone market, offering a variety of choices to meet the diverse needs of consumers.
