Back in July, vivo unveiled the vivo iQOO Neo. Then, the company followed that up with the iQOO Neo 855 in October. A few days ago, a new vivo device with Snapdragon 855+ got listed on TENAA. Now, the company has expanded its Neo lineup with a new device. vivo has just launched the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition.
The main difference between the iQOO Neo 855 and the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition is the chipset. While the former uses the Snapdragon 855 SoC, the latter uses the Snapdragon 855+.
The new vivo device sports a 6.38-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with support for HDR10. The display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It sports an under-display fingerprint sensor for security.
The vivo iQOO Neo Racing Edition comes in two RAM variants of 8GB and 12GB. However, there is just one storage variant with 128GB UFS 3.0 storage. The device runs Android Pie-based Monster UI out of the box. For better gaming experience, it features Game Box and Game Space.
The iQOO Neo Racing Edition sports a triple-camera setup on the rear. This includes a 12MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
Packed with a 4,500mAh battery, the vivo iQOO Neo Racing Edition supports 33W fast charging.
vivo iQOO Neo Racing Edition Price and Availability
The vivo iQOO Neo Racing Edition has a price tag of $370 for the 8GB+128GB variant and $400 for the 12GB+128GB variant. It will be available on sale in China from December 12. We do not yet have information on its global availability.
