Xiaomi 18 Pro series sketches AI button beside a shifted Leica island

Xiaomi has framed the 18 Pro series around a new side AI button, a more versatile rear display inside the camera island, and Leica branding plus camera specs moved to the right of the module.

The tease leans on the Pro series look rather than a full family sheet, and it sits next to existing Xiaomi 18 paperwork such as the NCC listing with 100W charging and IP68 and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Geekbench run. Same-lane rivals worth keeping in view include the Vivo

The poster puts two stacked rear lenses on the left of a wide horizontal island, with a glowing secondary screen on the right showing a generating-style status. Below that strip, flash and sensors sit left while Leica text and camera details sit on the right, matching the shifted branding callout. A dedicated side button is visible on the frame and reads as the new AI control Xiaomi is pitching for the Pro series.

The clip also hints that the 18 Pro wave may arrive as a Pro-first story, with any standard Xiaomi 18 timing still soft beside the Pro creatives. Full chipset, battery, camera sensors, pricing, and a Nigeria kit are not in this design tease. We will update this story when Xiaomi publishes a clearer family map.
